PROGRAM KELUARGA MERDEKA (PKM) SEBAGAI PENDIDIKAN ALTERNATIF HUMANIS BERBASIS KELUARGA PADA MASYARAKAT BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2020, the level of education Lastly, most people with disabilities do not finish primary school (SD), which is 29.35%. As many as 26.32% of people with disabilities are graduates elementary school. Persons with disabilities who never went to school reached 20.51%. Then, people with disabilities whose last education was high school junior high school (SMP) by 9.97%, high school (SM) 10.47%, and college high (PT) 3.38% (BPS, 2020). Based on these data it can be said that The fulfillment of access to proper education for persons with disabilities is still very low lacking and need to be improved. In practice, the maintenance of Inclusive education in Indonesia currently still has many obstacles. PKM is a program offered to overcome educational inequality on people with disabilities. The form of the Independent Family Program is in the form of: empowerment activities for people with disabilities that focus on fulfilling access to education for people with disabilities who are still not met by government. This PKM has a working principle that adopts four basic principles from Driyarkara namely 4 H humanism, humanization, humanities and humanity. PKM can be implemented and cooperate with related parties such as: the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Education, as well as several partners, including; Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Special School Teachers and Social Services and Regional Education Offices. The method used to build is the Research Method and Development (R&D). The development model used is ADDIE or Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. This media design includes stages: (1) needs analysis, (2) design, (3) product development, (4) implementation, (5) Evaluation. This program is expected to be able to become an innovation new in the world of education, especially in the field of development learning of inclusive education in Indonesia.
